An HIV AIDS awareness campaign was conducted by the Red Ribbon Club in Government College, Barotiwala on 7 and 9 March 2024. College Principal Dr. Anjori Sharma addressed the students in this program and advised the college students to be aware of HIV /AIDS. Poster Making Competition, Slogan Writing Competition, Rangoli Competition and Essay Writing Competitions were organised.

The students of the college participated enthusiastically in these competitions. Sakshi Kumari, Pooja and Madhuri Kumari stood first, second and third respectively in the poster making competition. In essay writing competition, Rupa Kumari, Kumari Babita and Sharda Kumari stood first, second and third respectively. Najma, Priya and Ashutosh secured first, second and third positions respectively in the slogan writing competition. Dr. Anupama Pathak, Professor Krishna Prakash, Professor Pallavi Chauhan, Professor Shalini Dharmani and Mrs. Kamlesh played the role of judges. In the Rangoli competition, Uttam Kumar and kumari Sonam got first position, Roshni and Miss Reema got second position and kumari Babita and Priyanka got third position. On this occasion, Red Ribbon Club members Dr. Tripta, Dr. Isha, Dr. Ina and Dr. Niti Gupta were present.
